Rocky’s is tucked away in a neighborhood spot in Blaine rather than on a main strip. The team wanted to reach more local customers as well as people outside the area because of their unique menu.

  • Many nearby customers didn’t know the restaurant existed
  • The unique menu was hard to explain using photos alone

The Results

We helped Rocky’s get more attention by making short, easy-to-watch videos and running giveaways to get people talking and sharing. This helped more locals and new customers learn about the restaurant and check it out.

HOW WE SOLVED THE KEY CHALLENGES

Limited awareness outside of the immediate neighborhood

We created short-form video content and shared it consistently to reach people beyond the immediate area, helping new audiences discover the restaurant through social media.

We focused on local reach by posting regularly so the restaurant showed up repeatedly in nearby customers’ feeds, building recognition and familiarity over time.

We used video to show the food being made, plated, and enjoyed, making it easier for people to understand what made the menu different and worth trying.
